Kuldeep Kapade

Kuldeep Kapade is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the Head of Platform Engineering at Forma since December 2021, where responsibilities include managing multiple teams and overseeing products related to banking integration and fintech platforms. Prior to Forma, Kuldeep co-founded and led Sliver as CEO, a seed-funded banking platform for startups. Additional experience includes a role as Engineering Leader for the Recommendation System at Credit Karma, co-founding and heading engineering at Polymorph (acquired by Walmart), and participating in Techstars as a founder. Kuldeep began a career in software engineering at HSBC. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Information Management and Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
