Julianne oversees all aspects of Mosaic’s legal affairs and brings extensive experience in finance, M&A, and corporate law. Prior to joining Mosaic, Julianne served as Associate General Counsel at Renew Financial, and was a member of the energy and infrastructure department at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
