Tala Kernan

Tala Kernan has a diverse work experience in the design industry. Tala most recently worked as a Senior Visual Designer at Propel, Inc, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they had a freelance career, working as a Freelance Art Director and Senior Designer starting from June 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Freelance Senior Digital Designer at Etsy.

Before their freelance work, Tala worked at DBOX as a Senior Art Director from September 2019 to August 2021, where they led projects for various clients in real estate, lifestyle, architecture, arts, entertainment, and education. Tala also worked as an Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Graphic Designer at DBOX from 2014 to 2019.

Prior to their time at DBOX, Tala worked at Dune Road Group as a Senior Designer from May 2012 to June 2014. Here, they led design projects for clients in the lifestyle, real estate, luxury goods, food & beverage, education, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.

Tala also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Flyleaf Creative from August 2013 to January 2014, and as a Design Intern at NBCUniversal, Inc. from May 2012 to September 2012.

Tala Kernan pursued their education from 2009 to 2013 at Pratt Institute, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communications Design.
