Andrew Dias

Andrew Dias is currently the COO at Sherpa. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Tier1CRM Inc. from May 2014 to February 2019. In this role, they consulted with commercial banking institutions to successfully implement a Salesforce powered CRM platform tailored for capital markets and investment banking clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tier1CRM Inc. from May 2012 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for writing and carrying out tests on software designed for investment banking and capital markets users with the goals of ensuring that software adhered to proper design principles and that the end user's experience was as smooth as possible. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Wardrop Engineering from May 2011 to August 2011. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the electrical and instrumentation/control groups with the goal of easing overall workload. Tasks included analyzing non-conformance with client standards, communicating with clients in order to keep records straight, carrying out calculations in order to assist with design goals, and compiling multidisciplinary work packages in order to communicate exact requirements to the contractor.
