Phil Crosby

Phil Crosby PhD is a seasoned expert in high technology project management and environmental consultancy, currently serving as a technical expert and assessor at the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) since January 2021. In addition, Phil operates a consultancy through Philip Crosby and holds fellow and board member positions at the International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM) since May 2018, as well as serving as a major project specialist at CSIRO Astronomy & Space Science, where responsibilities include strategic planning and industry engagement for significant projects. Phil has chaired the Space Industry Association Advisory Board and has held various leadership roles in industry strategy and development across multiple organizations, including CSIRO and SKA Organisation Ltd., contributing to mega-project management and procurement strategy expertise. Phil’s academic credentials encompass a PhD in mega-project management from Curtin University and a diverse educational background in environmental practice, international business, and various engineering disciplines.
