Ethan Diven

Ethan Diven is an experienced military professional currently serving as a Joint Plans Officer at the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command since June 2020. Diven holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Diven has obtained a Master of Science in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy, International Relations and Affairs from the Joint Advanced Warfighting School. Diven also earned an Associate of Arts from the New Mexico Military Institute and another Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University. Furthering military education, Diven completed a Master of Military Arts and Science in Strategic Studies at the US Army Command and General Staff College.
