Joe Pastorek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and education. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor at the Joint Special Operations University, Joe focuses on senior enlisted leader development and mentors leaders within joint, interagency, and multinational environments. As Co-Founder and CEO of Electi Group LLC, a veteran-owned business, Joe leverages over 15 years of government contracting expertise. Previous roles include SOF Enterprise Management Instructor at Amentum and various leadership positions in the US Army, where Joe founded the Special Operations Advanced Skills Training Detachment and made significant contributions to recruiting and operational readiness. Joe holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston, a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership in the Public Sector from North Carolina State University, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the University of Phoenix.

USSOCOM's "Think-Do Tank" Center for Special Operations Thinking. WE SHARPEN THE EDGE OF SOF’S ADVANTAGE: THE NEXT-GENERATION SOF PROFESSIONAL. The Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) provides education to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and to people who enable the SOF mission in a joint environment. In addition to the regular courses taught at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), JSOU routinely conducts both regular and tailored off-station activities for SOF units worldwide by means of remote or on-site instruction, DL courses, and via video tele-instruction (VTI). Vision USSOCOM's "Think-Do Tank" - Center for Special Operations Thinking. Mission JSOU prepares SOF professionals to address strategic and operational challenges, arming them with the ability to think through problems with knowledge, insight, and foresight.
