Laura Ramos

Laura Ramos has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura currently works as the People Director LATAM SS at JOKR, where they lead all talent-related functions and sets processes for Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Engagement/Culture, and Internal Communications. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Sr. Manager LATAM - Argentina, Chile & Mexico at Gympass.

Laura also has experience at OYO, where they held roles such as HR Manager LatAm- Brazil & Mexico and HR Manager Mexico | SR HRBP. In these positions, they focused on strategic allyship, cultivating a healthy culture, and positioning the Human Resources area in Mexico.

Before their time at OYO, Laura worked as the People & Culture Manager at HOERBIGER, where they were responsible for managing personnel issues, coordinating and analyzing human resources, and supporting the company from an HR perspective.

Laura began their career at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for multiple countries and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Specialist. In these positions, they partnered with business leaders, resolved employee and labor relations issues, implemented effective HR processes, and helped design and maintain HR-related systems.

Laura Ramos attended Escuela Bancaria y Comercial from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finanzas y banca.
