Hugo Costa

Hugo Costa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in management and project oversight across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Jolera Inc. since August 2018, Hugo has held roles including Senior Manager of PMO & Professional Services and IT Project Manager. Previous positions include IT Manager at 1SA Group, IT Service Manager and IT Manager at Critical TechWorks, and IT Helpdesk at Faurecia. Hugo's career began in 2000 at Altamiro Pinho, Lda as a Representative/Commercial, leading to various technical and managerial roles. Educational qualifications include a degree in Networking and IT Services from ISMAI, along with certifications in pedagogical competencies. Hugo has also contributed to the Skills Portugal competition as a jury member in IT events.
