Kristen Persaud

Kristen Persaud is a professional with significant experience in service excellence and operational management. Currently serving as Manager of Service Excellence in the Office of the COO at Jolera Inc. since December 2018, Kristen has also held the positions of Manager of Quality & Compliance and Executive Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as Operations Manager at Crate and Barrel from September 2015 to December 2018. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a diploma from Humber College's Fashion Arts program.
