Arsenio (Archie) has held key roles such as Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Head of Human Resources & Organization Development, Director of Talent Management, and Head of Human Resources & Administration. Arsenio has a strong educational background with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and has completed a Human Resource Development Program at Cornell University.
