Arsenio M. Sabado

Arsenio M. Sabado is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Jollibee Foods. Prior to this, they served as the Head Human Resources & Organization Development at ABS-CBN Corporation from November 2017 to December 2018, and as the Director Management and Organization Development, LA&C at Philip Morris International from April 2000 to September 2017. Arsenio began their career at San Miguel Corporation in July 1990, where they held various positions in HR over a period of 10 years, leading up to the HR Head of the Beer business.

Arsenio M. Sabado has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Human Resource Development Program from Cornell University.
