Michael Spangler

Michael Spangler, CPA, MBA has extensive experience in accounting and finance. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Accounting Operations at Jonathan Rose Companies. Prior to this, they were the Controller at Rose Community Management for three years. In addition, they worked as an Independent Accounting Consultant during the same period. Before that, Michael worked at Maloney + Novotny LLC for twelve years, where they held the position of Senior Manager - Real Estate Services. Michael'scareer began at RSM US LLP, where they worked for six years as a Supervisor in the Real Estate Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in real estate accounting and financial management.

Michael Spangler obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accountancy from John Carroll University in the years 1998 to 2002. Michael went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university from 2002 to 2005.
