Paul Dorthalina is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, human resources, and community service. Currently serving as Director of Wheels for the World at Joni and Friends since February 2016, Paul has held various roles within the organization focused on improving accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes positions at University Village Thousand Oaks and Lighthouse Church of Newbury Park, CA, where Paul managed operations, HR functions, and community events, and demonstrated strong leadership and training skills.
