Mauricio Aguilar

Mauricio Aguilar is an experienced professional specializing in production supervision and continuous improvement, with a career spanning various roles in well-known organizations. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Coordinator at JonnyPops since April 2025, Mauricio analyzes business processes to enhance productivity and workflow. Prior positions include Production Supervisor at Dairy Farmers of America and nVent HOFFMAN, as well as roles at Cargill, Jennie-O Turkey Store, and KM2 Solutions, where leadership and project management skills were developed.
