Ha Le

Ha Le has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career in 2011 as a Translator for Tre Publishing House. From 2011 to 2012, they worked in Finance and Logistics roles for AIESEC, coordinating logistics and assessing candidate skill sets. In 2013, Ha Le served as a Staff Writer for Save the Water™, creating articles and infographics on water conservation.

In 2014, Ha Le joined Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company, where they held roles as an HR Coordinator & Manpower Budget Assistant and later as a Senior Finance Analyst. In these positions, they developed automated budget templates and implemented cost optimization solutions. They also worked on ERP projects, analyzing financial data and managing budgets.

In 2019, Ha Le joined VINGROUP - Vietnam as a Data Analyst. They focused on transforming and modeling data using dbt, developing dashboards and reports, and tracking online user behaviors.
