Asma R has a diverse background in education, ranging from private tutoring to working in various educational institutions. From being a Holiday Scheme Leader at the University of Warwick to a SEN Teaching Assistant at Beautfort Special School, Asma has experience in supporting students with a range of needs. With a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies from the University of Warwick, Asma also serves as a Peer Mentor, aiding first-year students with their transition and academic concerns. Currently, at Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College, Asma works as an A-Level Personal Progress Tutor in the Pastoral Department, overseeing a cohort of 200 students in areas such as behaviour management, attendance, and well-being.
