Lawrence J. Wojcik

Mr. Lawrence Wojcik joins JPA with many years of expertise in leading multiple functional areas in public, private, non-profit and Private Equity owned companies ranging in size from $50M to $4B. He has led organizations in Mergers and Acquisitions, and integration of companies and has developed metrics to improve performance. Mr. Wojcik has orchestrated the transformation of billion-dollar divisions by improving margins, cash flow and deal modeling as well as restructured accounting/finance teams through the recruitment of top talent.

His past experience includes the position of Independent CFO Consultant for CFO Engagement Partner-Tatum, a Randstad Company, New York City, where he was a mentor to CFO’s in the areas of planning, analysis, forecasting, staffing and training. He also held the position of Vice President – Drug Divisions East for H.D. Smith where he led the turnaround of the company’s largest division to improve profits by $6M in 15 months. Additionally, he has held the position of Vice President, Finance for ITC, a $100M medical device company specializing in point-of-care diagnostics.

Mr. Wojcik holds a BBA in Business Administration from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

In his spare time, Mr. Wojcik enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and their basset hound and likes working in their vegetable garden!
