James Novian

James Novian has extensive law enforcement and administrative experience, currently serving as Police Lieutenant at Joshua Independent School District since August 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of City Administrator for the City of Maypearl from May 2021 to August 2022, and served as Chief of Police in the same city from January 2021 to August 2022. James's career in law enforcement began at the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, where James worked as a Detective from December 2003 to January 2021. James is academically affiliated with Hill College.
