Jeanne Brauns has over 30 years of experience in various HR roles. Jeanne'smost recent role was as the Human Resources Director at Jostin Construction. Prior to that, they held positions as the People Engagement Manager at Al. Neyer and the Human Resources Director at IronRoad. Jeanne also served as the People Director at Nazarian Global Enterprises. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Darling Ingredients Inc., the Director of Human Resources at The Scott Fetzer Company- Altaquip, and the HR Director at Commonwealth Orthopaedic Centers. Jeanne has also held senior positions at LUXOTTICA RETAIL NORTH AMERICA as the Senior Diversity Manager and Senior Human Resource Manager. Jeanne Brauns began their career at Lenscrafters as a Human Resource Manager II and at Pizza Hut as a Field Human Resource Leader. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and training and development.

Jeanne Brauns has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2015, and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2001.
