Jennifer Novajosky

Jennifer Novajosky has a wide range of work experience in the field of recruiting and HR. Jennifer started their career as a Recruiter Associate at Joulé in July 2006 and quickly progressed to become a Recruiter. Later on, they worked as a Recruiter/On-Site Coordinator at Church & Dwight, before taking on the role of Sr. Recruiter/On-Site Coordinator. Jennifer then transitioned to the position of Recruiting Consultant/On-Site Coordinator at Church & Dwight. In December 2012, they became a Recruiting Manager at Joulé, and in December 2020, they were promoted to Recruiting Director. Prior to their time at Joulé, Jennifer worked as HR/Program Support at National Marketing Services from 2003 to 2006.

Jennifer Novajosky attended the Katharine Gibbs School from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a Certification in Visual Design.
