The current leadership team at Journal Le Soleil has a long history with the news industry. Many of them spent time at La Presse, where they held various positions such as Vice-président à l'information and éditeur adjoint. Directeur de l'information (La Presse et Cyberpresse). They also have a wide range of educational backgrounds, including communications from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
