Andrea Diaz

Andrea Diaz is currently a Senior Manager, Product & Design at Journera. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Product Manager at Morningstar from November 2015 to March 2020. In that role, Andrea was responsible for product ownership for Morningstar's Retirement Manager new features squad. Her most recent project involved building, QAing and releasing a Social Security Optimization feature to provide better retirement advice for investors.

Before joining Morningstar, Andrea worked as a litigation paralegal at Edelman, Combs, Latturner, and Goodwin, LLC from August 2013 to October 2015. In that role, they provided support to attorneys by conducting research, drafting documents, and managing case files.

Andrea is a skilled and experienced product manager with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive product improvements. Andrea is a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of product strategy.

Andrea Diaz completed their undergraduate studies at Tufts University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs. Andrea then went on to complete a Master's degree in Theirtoire Contemporaine at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. After finishing their formal education, Andrea Diaz took a certification course in UX/UI Design from Memorisely. Andrea also has certifications from Scrum Alliance (in CSPO) and from Memorisely (in UI/UX Design Bootcamp).
