Lisa Sopher

Lisa Sopher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lisa is currently the Chief People Officer at Journey since 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at frog, starting as a Director of Program Management in 2008, then becoming the Executive Director of Business Operations in 2012, and finally taking on the role of Executive Director: Talent Acquisition, Planning & Placement in 2015. At frog, they were responsible for managing all aspects of talent delivery management, global people operations, and resource planning. Additionally, they led the expansion of new delivery studios and created a freelancer community and platform. Before joining frog, Lisa worked at AT&T from 2004 to 2008 as a Senior Program Manager, mentoring project managers and providing training on best practices. Prior to that, they worked at PerformanceRetail as a Project Manager and at Xerox as a Project Manager, overseeing the operations of a telemarketing call center. Lisa started their career at Agillion in 1999 as a Project Manager and then worked at MCI from 1992 to 1998 as an Operations Manager.

Lisa Sopher earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Morningside University between 1988 and 1992.
