Aftab Abas

Aftab Abas is currently the Director of Operations at JOVI Technologies. Prior to this, Aftab worked as a Flow & Process Manager at Asda from January 2018 to November 2021. In this role, Aftab was responsible for analysing process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout, and implementing changes. Aftab also maintained a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures. Additionally, Aftab communicated customer issues with operations team and devised ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

Aftab has a wealth of experience in overseeing all warehouse-related processes, including Goods, Receiving, Shipping, and Returns. Aftab is also well-versed in platforms such as Manhattan, TCS, and SMART. In their current role as Director of Operations at JOVI Technologies, Aftab is responsible for leading and managing the company's operational activities.

Aftab Abas first attended Desborough School before completing a Bsc in Accounting and Finance at Kingston University.
