Kierra Hayes

Kierra Hayes is a Registered Behavioral Technician who currently works at JoyBridge Kids since April 2023. Prior to this, Kierra worked at ABS Kids from June 2022 to April 2023. Kierra obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biology at Alcorn State University, following their Associate of Arts at East Mississippi Community College and their high school diploma at Golden Triangle Early College High School. Kierra's responsibilities at JoyBridge Kids include implementing behavior analysis programming, training new staff members, maintaining accurate documentation, and overseeing programs and employees. Kierra is dedicated to obtaining and maintaining their Registered Behavior Technician certification.
