Anny Liu

Anny Liu is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and data analysis. Currently serving as Assistant CRM Manager at Joyce Boutique Limited since August 2018, Anny has previously held key roles at Dairy Farm Group as Assistant CRM Analytic Manager and Assistant CRM Manager, and at Li & Fung Limited as Senior Marketing Specialist in CRM. Anny's extensive background includes the development and operation of CRM programs across multiple regions, the design of customized marketing strategies, and the implementation of successful loyalty programs. Anny began a career in marketing at AEON RETAIL CO., LTD., where responsibilities included sales planning, database management, and promotional activities. Anny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
