Nick O'Sullivan has over 8 years of experience in customer success and operations management. In 2021, they became the Head of Customer Success at Joyride. Prior to that, they were the Senior Operations Manager at Splend from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for a fleet of 600 vehicles, people management of 12 staff, developing meaningful metrics and producing fleet, operational, sales and financial reports. Nick has also obtained several certifications, including a First Aid certification from TAFE NSW- Sydney Institute in December 2016, a Surf Rescue Certificate (CPR endorsed) from Surf Life Saving New Zealand in December 2016, a General Construction Induction Card (White card) from SafeWork NSW in October 2016, a Level 1 Sports Trainer from Sports Medicine Australia in February 2015, and a Youth Mental Health First Aid from the Youth Mental Health Association in February 2015.
