Bradford Bailey

Bradford Bailey has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Bradford currently holds the position of Product Business Unit Vice President at Joyson Safety Systems since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Adient as a Platform Director, leading the development and launch teams for various platforms. Before Adient, they had a long tenure at Johnson Controls, where they held several roles including Platform Director and Senior Program Manager. Bradford was also a Chief Engineer, responsible for leading the engineering development and launch team for a seating platform. Bradford started their career as an Engineering Co-Op at Kettering University.

Bradford Bailey attended Kettering University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Bradford later pursued their Masters in Business at Wayne State University, graduating between 2003 and 2009.
