Kim Pietruszka

Kim Pietruszka, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Compensation & Benefits. Kim began their career at Acme Food Brokerage as a Food Broker from 1986 to 1989. Kim then moved to Takata in 1989, where they started as a Benefits Analyst and later became a Senior Benefits Analyst until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Takata. In 2014, they joined Joyson Safety Systems as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, eventually becoming the Director of Compensation & Benefits. In 2022, they took on the role of Director, HR, Compensation & Benefits at Joyson Safety Systems.

Kim Pietruszka, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Labor & Employment Studies from Oakland University, which was completed from 2006 to 2010. Kim also received the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in August 2012.
