Lisa S. Westlake

Lisa Westlake is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and finance. Currently serving as an Independent Director on the Talent Oversight and Compensation and Technology Committees at Magna International since May 2019, Lisa also holds the position of Board Director and Chair of the Education Committee at Orlando Ballet since June 2021. Previously, Lisa has contributed to various organizations, including Far Hills Country Day School as Board Trustee and Audit Committee Chair, and Cooke School and Institute as Board Trustee and HR Committee Chair. In executive roles, Lisa has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at both IHS Markit and Moody's Corporation, where additional responsibilities included corporate vice presidency and managing director-level finance roles. Lisa's career began at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where a progression from Manager to Vice President in Finance was achieved. An alumna of Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance and Dartmouth College with an AB in Biochemistry, Lisa has a strong educational foundation supporting their professional endeavors.
