Sebastian Bernard

Sebastian Bernard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sebastian currently holds the position of HR Director BU EMEA at Joyson Safety Systems since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH for three years, where they served as the Head of HR Non Manufacturing Europe Central. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and managing various HR functions across Central Europe. Sebastian also collaborated closely with senior management and implemented organizational structures, resource planning, and personnel policies. Before joining Goodyear, Sebastian held the role of Head of Operations at LOBECO GmbH for three years. Sebastian also gained experience at Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt, where they held various roles in organizational development and business organization. Their early career included a period at BMW, where they worked as a Diplomand, Werkstudent, and Praktikant.

Sebastian Bernard earned their Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur degree in Dokumentation und Kommunikation from Hochschule Furtwangen in 2009. Sebastian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Engineering from the University of St.Gallen, which they completed in 2013.
