Yi-Hsuan Chiang has been working in the field since 2005, when they began their role as a Post Doctoral Fellow and PHD Researcher at Dartmouth College. In 2012, they moved to University of California, Davis, where they held the role of Post Doctoral Fellow until 2017. Since then, they have been working at Oobli (formerly Joywell Foods) as Director of Biology and Fermentation Scientist.
Yi-Hsuan Chiang received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biological Sciences from Dartmouth College in 2011, after earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Life Science from National Tsing Hua University in 2002.
