Tanja Pavleska is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Young Researcher at the Jozef Stefan Institute since August 2009, focusing on trust and reputation in peer-to-peer networks, reputation mechanisms in online collaborations, and internet security mechanisms. Prior to this role, Tanja worked as an Automation Engineer at NIK sistemi from November 2008 to April 2009, where responsibilities included implementing SCADA and HMI terminals in cement manufacturing facilities. Tanja completed a PhD in Internet and Communication Technologies at the Mednarodna podiplomska šola Jožefa Stefana from 2009 to 2012, after studying at Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metodij' from 2004 to 2008.
