Jeannette (Pritchard) Pearce MBE has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jeannette (Pritchard) is the founder and chair of JPC, a strategic brand and communications consultancy. Jeannette (Pritchard) founded JPC in 1998 and continues to lead the company. Jeannette is also the founder and chair of Brand Amplifier, a business growth and knowledge sharing platform for entrepreneurship. Founded in 2009, Brand Amplifier provides high-quality training and mentoring to SMEs in London.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Jeannette serves as a non-executive director at WorkWild, a social enterprise and consultancy. WorkWild specializes in strategic place-making, sustainable development, and affordable workspace. Jeannette joined WorkWild in 2019.

Jeannette has also held board positions at the Greater London Authority. Since 2017, they have been a board member of the Workspace Advisory Group, advising the GLA and the London Economic Action Partnership on London's workspaces.

Earlier in their career, Jeannette worked at TRO as the head of creative from 1993 to 1998. Jeannette (Pritchard) also worked as a freelance opera designer from 1991 to 1997.

Jeannette (Pritchard) Pearce MBE has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Performance Arts from Middlesex University, which they completed in 1992. Prior to that, they studied Scenic Art and Technical Theatre Design at SUNY Brockport, where they attended until 1991.
