Sunti Kumjim

Sunti serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Development Partner, leading the Development team in JPI’s Western Region. He is responsible for facilitating all new development and acquisitions projects, including deal sourcing, managing pre-development deals, supporting development activities, investment pitching, property management selection, and asset disposition.
