William Morrison

As Director of Development, William leads and manages JPI’s western region team of Development Managers and Associates. William encourages collaboration and communication across the entire project lifecycle including design, construction, and asset management. He also works to maintain and grow relationships with community members across the region to ensure JPI is building what matters for the communities they serve.

A California native, William is driven to grow and enhance housing options for fellow Californians. He thoroughly enjoys watching raw land turn into stunning homes at the hands of the JPI team. He is proud to serve his community – the City of Encinitas – as a member of the Economic Development Committee and as the Environmental Commissioner. William also serves on the BIA San Diego Political Communication Committee and North County Legislative Committee.
