Bhavin Shukla

Bhavin Shukla is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Technology for the One Chase Experience Platform at JPMorgan Chase, Bhavin oversees sales, service, and field experience platforms across various banking divisions. Previously, Bhavin held multiple leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, focusing on technical leadership in institutional tech platforms and digital marketing strategies. Earlier career positions include Senior Vice President at Citigroup, where responsibilities included omni-channel platform delivery, and various technical roles at Salomon Smith Barney, Bell Communications Research, Birlasoft, and Rutgers University. Bhavin holds an MBA in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Computer Information Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
