Brigitte D. currently serves as the Executive Director of UX Research at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since January 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Best Buy from 2015 to 2022, where Brigitte held various leadership roles in enterprise research and experience measurement, enhancing employee and customer experience through insightful research. Brigitte has also been integral to Twidget Designs as the Owner from 1997 to 2018, specializing in user research and information architecture for clients such as Mayo Clinic and JAMF. Additionally, Brigitte co-founded PURE: Experience Research and Design and has held UX roles at notable organizations like 3M and Thomson Reuters. Brigitte's educational background includes a B.A. in Communication from Bethel University and a CUA Certification in User Experience from Human Factors International.
