Dagny Janowska

Dagny Janowska is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President UX Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since January 2023, Dagny previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at Toptal from September 2018 to January 2023 and has worked at Pfizer and Careology as a Senior User Experience Designer and Lead Product Designer, respectively. Earlier roles include positions at L3M Technologies, freelance UX/UI design, and lead designer at Matter of Form, where Dagny specialized in luxury brand design. Dagny's academic background includes a Masters Degree with Distinction in Visual Communication from Birmingham City University, complemented by a BA(Hons) in the same field and a Foundation Degree in Art and Design.
