Effie Rangou

Effie Rangou is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent and career development across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director and Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since June 2022, Effie previously held senior roles at Degreed, including VP of Advisory Services and VP of Product Operations, where significant contributions were made to enhance learning solutions. Effie's tenure at Citi as SVP and Head of Digital Learning focused on creating a global digital learning strategy, achieving a transition to a cloud-based SaaS model.
