Lucia Cherep

Lucia Cherep is a Sr. User Experience Researcher at JPMorganChase, where research leadership spans over eight product initiatives, including generative AI, influencing strategic design and roadmap decisions since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lucia served as a Human Behavior Scientist (Postdoctoral Fellow) at the University of Arizona from July 2021 to March 2022, managing a $434,000 NIH Research Grant and leading a team to achieve consistent project deliverables. From August 2016 to July 2021, Lucia held the position of Graduate Project Manager at Iowa State University, overseeing research projects that led to the publication of more than 15 peer-reviewed articles, and served as a University Instructor, teaching undergraduate psychology courses and developing open science seminars. Lucia obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience and a Certificate in Quantitative Psychology from Iowa State University.
