Maneesh Subherwal

Maneesh Subherwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since October 2019, Maneesh leads initiatives within the Commercial Bank, which supports a diverse clientele of approximately 18,000 across multiple financial services. Prior to this role, Maneesh was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, overseeing client transformation projects and acting as an executive leadership coach. Maneesh also held the position of Managing Director for the UK at ThoughtWorks, where significant revenue growth and organizational transformation were achieved. In addition to corporate roles, Maneesh is a board member at Brighter Children, an organization dedicated to funding local schools in impoverished communities globally. Maneesh holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Esade and a B.S. in Economics and Computer Science from Denison University.
