Ryan McDonald

Ryan McDonald is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the CFO for Offers & Shopping at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since January 2023, Ryan previously held the position of CFO at Figg, a company acquired by JPMorgan Chase in July 2022, where Ryan played a key role in enabling card linked offers for over 30 million users. Prior to Figg, Ryan served as CFO at Empyr, which was acquired by Augeo/Figg in 2020, and held the Vice President position at CCM - Capital Opportunities Fund, focusing on investments in financial and healthcare technology. Additional experience includes roles at Boeing, DaVita, and Raymond James, with a strong background in investment banking and corporate development. Ryan earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
