Traci Kamil

Traci Kamil is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in the financial services industry. Since July 2011, Traci has served as Executive Director and Human Resources Business Partner at JPMorgan Chase. Prior to this role, Traci was the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive at Bank of America, leading HR efforts for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management from 2010 to mid-2011. Traci also held the position of First Vice President in Human Resources at Merrill Lynch from 1999 to 2009, serving as a Senior Relationship Manager. Earlier in Traci's career, a Principal role at Bankers Trust involved responsibilities in lateral and campus recruiting and entry-level training from 1990 to 1999. Traci holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Union College and has completed Executive Education in Strategic Human Resources Management at Harvard Business School.
