Cody Dill

Cody Dill is a seasoned professional in product development with a strong background in footwear, currently serving as Senior Product Developer at JR286 since January 2019. In this role, Cody manages projects focused on high-quality product development and timely task completion, collaborating closely with design teams to ensure manufacturability and performance. Prior to this, Cody spent nearly a decade at Under Armour in various roles, starting as Wear Test Coordinator and progressing to Developer I for promo footwear, where responsibilities included managing the product creation process for multiple sports and creating specification sheets. Throughout the tenure at Under Armour, Cody oversaw significant portions of basketball styles and led wear testing for various footwear categories, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and product integrity. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and Business Analysis from Towson University.
