Colin Flaherty

Colin Flaherty is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial interiors, retail, and hospitality construction management. Currently employed at JRM Construction Management since August 2022, Colin previously held similar roles at Schimenti Construction Company, where leadership was demonstrated on high-end projects such as Hall des Lumières and NARO Restaurant. Earlier experience includes positions at Unispace as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, and at Structure Tone as Project Engineer/Superintendent, holding a LEED AP ID+C accreditation. Prior to these roles, Colin served as a Brokerage Associate at Colliers International and participated in internships with UBS and Capitol Peak Asset Management. Colin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and studied abroad at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
