Wei Zhang has had a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They started their career as an Intern at WuXi AppTec in July 2011 and worked there until July 2013. They then joined Colorcon® in July 2013 as a Formulation Engineer and later became an Area Technical Manager in September 2015. In 2018, Wei Zhang joined JRS PHARMA as a Technical Manager and worked in this role until March 2021. They were then promoted to the position of Sales Manager in April 2021 and are currently in this role.

Wei Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from China Pharmaceutical University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. wei further pursued higher education and completed a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same university, from 2011 to 2013.
