Preshan Govinder

Preshan Govinder is an experienced manager in sales and business development, currently serving as the Manager for Sales and Business Development at JSE since July 2022, focusing on private placements. Prior to this role, Preshan worked at FIS as a Senior Sales Executive specializing in software solutions for asset managers across Sub-Saharan Africa. Preshan's earlier experience includes positions at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, where roles ranged from Pre-Sales Consultant to Client Specialist, providing support to financial clients and enhancing their experience with Thomson Reuters products. Preshan began a career in finance as a Financial Planner at EQ-FIN and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, complemented by a recent qualification from the CFA Institute.
