Jean-Christophe Orset

Jean-christophe Orset has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Responsable des Opérations for JTEKT European Operations since July 2001. In this role, Jean-christophe oversees daily production services, logistics, quality, and methodologies within the automotive steering system production unit, managing a team of 43 employees. Responsibilities include defining industrial strategy, setting objectives and budgets, and facilitating the integration of new production activities. Prior roles include Chef de Service Mécatronique et Développement process, Office Manager for Machining & Process Improvement, Project Leader, and Process Engineering Project Member, demonstrating a strong background in project management and process development. Jean-christophe's earlier experience includes managing methods services at Ontex and leading manufacturing methods teams at Labinal, contributing to significant productivity improvements and process innovations. Jean-christophe holds an engineering degree in production processes from UTBM.
