Anna Kuzmenko currently serves as the People Analytics Director at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since December 2014, having previously held roles such as Business Change and Integration Lead and Dashboards and Strategy Planning Manager. In these positions, Anna leads the Business Systems function, focusing on the deployment of sales reports, data storage, and the coordination of analytical dashboards, while providing support for reporting and data analysis using AC Nielsen data. Anna was also instrumental as the x.MD Project Manager from September 2012 to March 2014, where the management dashboards were successfully launched across the CIS region and the Adriatic market. Anna holds an MBA Executive from Edinburgh Business School, awarded between 2012 and 2016, and an Honors master’s degree in International Economy from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, completed in 2009.
